Property is average, staff is ok check in was a little weird cause the door was locked and the guy was sleeping or something and I have to hit the door many times until he gets my attention, check out was better, room is was you need private room, but that’s all no breakfast or coffee or water in or out the room, the good thing is the metro is really close by and you can walk to many places to eat or have fun around and stars

Had a great stay and appreciated accommodations!
Got there later than expected and luckily someone was working. There were two different people working (different shifts) while we were there and both were very nice and helpful. We got a room with a single bed which worked fine but was definitely on the smaller side. The room was clean, decorations and design on the room was a lot nicer than expected for the price! We ended up needing more towels on the first day (we both use two towels lol) and they brought them to us within 5-10 minutes. I will say the original towels looked a little old, slightly yellow and on the smaller side while the extra towel was bigger, very white and thick!! Huge mirror in the bathroom and the shower had full size products (I don’t mind using random hotel products and they were a tea tree something mix so very much depends on the person). When I had booked the hotel I had accidentally marked us checking out the day before we were actually supposed to check out so the girl at the front desk did stop me and ask if we were checking out, she was very very nice and accommodating and helped me pay for another night. The only thing that was a bit alarming was there was one night at like 2 am when we woke up to someone banging on the front sliding glass door of the hotel and yelling. We were the first room when you walk in so we heard but luckily the sliding glass door is only accessible by room key and they have plenty of surveillance cameras. Ultimately we felt very safe with how they had that setup!

Parking was a decent deal, the room was great, AC next to the bed like it should be, view was nonexistent, bed was comfortable but the main reason its only 2*, a thicker quality pillowtop would be a major difference. Shower was nice, 1 minute walk to hollywod walk of fame and area.

This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. After checking in, I left for an hour and when I came back people were in my room “renovating”. They had pushed my personal items in a corner to lay down a tarp and start drilling the walls. The door was left open with my things still inside. They moved me to another room where they wanted to “spray for bugs” while I was getting dressed. Did not feel safe at all. I was charged a deposit without being told and have not been refunded. Terrible.

I’ve seen a lot of complaints about this place. It’s not somewhere to take a vacation. I went to a show at the Palladium, which is literally a block away and just needed somewhere to crash for the night. This place was perfect for that. It was clean the linens were clean the bathroom was clean. I was perfectly happy with it. It’s a great place to crash for the night.

Somewhat disappointed
The room was clean is the good. The bad was the room was very small, very loud all throughout the night, the walls are paper thin. The bed was super hard. Parking on the street was sketchy, so we tried a parking structure which was $56.00 to park for 8 hrs.
