While the hotel is great value for money and the staff are lovley the property has been run down since our last visit (in 2019, so half expected). Its a shame as the wifi is great, rooms are a decent size and the air con is always ice cold but the property itself has fallen into some disarry (like elevators not working the whole stay) and there was no one in the pool areas which used to be our favourite part. Its one of the only spots with a swim up pool bar looking over legian but with no staff up there and the bar empty it wasnt inviting at all and a huge bummer.

None of the advertised facilities are here. Roof top bar was closed. Pool bar also closed. Pool area in serious need of maintenance!! Fell through some decking next to the fence, when trying to look out at views, so be very careful!! The decking needs full replacement. Showers and bathroom very dirty. Staff are absolutely lovely but I would NOT stay here again.

Didn’t recover the “vip” upgrade listed when I booked, once arrived there’s only one poor staff working at the front counter so quite a wait to check in or be served at all, roof top bar closed and only found this out once we arrived, pool bar on the other pool was closed and only discovered this as we arrived as well which wasn’t great we would have booked elsewhere if we new there wasn’t going to be any bars or service by the pool, elevator wasnt working the whole stay, lucky we were only on the second floor so wasn’t an issue carrying bags up or down but be aware if you are at a higher level. Probably wouldn’t go back again unfortunately,
