AMAZING hotel at a great price.
We stayed 7 days and it was a fantastic hotel. Amazing service, impeccable conditions and an overall excellent experience. One thing that isn’t mentioned enough is the free shuttle that takes you to Osaka station. Super handy. The quality of things like the shampoos and hairdryer is way above the typical North American hotel.it was dead quiet and the curtains blander it pitch black for sleeping. I do wish they had included a bedsheet instead of just a comforter but other than than it was a top notch experience and if I’m ever back this way, then this place will be my go to, no question. Thanks for a great stay.

It was not as great as the last stay 2 years ago. The staff members are less pleasant and the facility is noticeably worn out. I would look for another place next time I go back to osaka.
