    Ripped off

    Feel like ive been ripped of paid over £200 for the night for a small room and when looking back on website it was roughly £100 less, so i have been ripped off . Shower didn't drain properly also shower basket for putting shower gel in was hanging of the wall . DEFINITELY not worth the money i paid . If i didnt pay before i got there i would of walked out and go somewhere else

    This is always our first choice to stay when going to the O2 Danny’s assistance when checking in was phenomenal. (We have always been made to feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble) He also assisted us in scheduling a pick up to the airport for the following day. Room clean and very comfortable. Good choice to order from for breakfast. A little awkward lugging heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room as no lift but doesn’t put us off from continuing to return. Just adds to the charm of The Pilot Just love this place

    The accommodation was above a pub but there was no noise or disruption to our stay - the building was full of charm, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower very clean with hot water! Good choice of breakfast too. The location of the pub is great for the O2 and easy walking distance to central Greenwich. We would definitely stay at The Pilot again 🙂

    Member of staff burst into room in middle of night

    Very disappointed. A member of staff burst into our room at about 1am in the morning! We recognised her as a member of staff who had served us earlier in the evening. She was shouting at us to lock the room (we of course should have and forgot but would not expect staff to be trying doors and bursting into rooms scaring the life out of us!). The hotel have tried to contact us, I’ve tried calling back but no response yet.

    Disappointed

    Had room 2, clean and comfortable bed but….above the kitchen and they left the fan on all night so very noisy. Cistern had a drip to add to the sound effects. No traffic noise and very convenient for the O2. Check in great, check out not. Had my key taken then waved off, I needed check my bill. Hairdryer glowed red, coffee machine instructions for the wrong machine and very little on the hospitality tray. At nearly £200 for a night in a standard room, disappointing.
