We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast is varied and plentiful with nutritious choices ie 3 different choices of fresh fruit. The 2 gentlemen at reception were wonderful. They went above and beyond exceptions. We want to thank Troy and Junaid for all the help and suggestions that they gave us. They made our stay truly memorable and very enjoyable. These two gentlemen are definitely an asset to Best Western. When we return to Buffalo, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Whether this was the case or not, the hotel presented as though it was just renovated. The walk from the elevator to our room on the 5th floor was made pleasant by the upscale decor that was obviously well maintained. Every employee with whom we engaged greeted us pleasantly while inquiring how well our stay was going. the included breakfast far exceeded our expectations. there was not the typical skimping of other hotels. There was a broad selection of hot and cold breakfast items. I appreciated knowing that the two scrambled egg offerings were made with "fresh eggs"from the shell, a fact proudly shared by a poster. The hotel will be our first choice when considering future overnights is Buffalo.

Breakfasts at the hotel were delicious, lots of restaurants around for lunch or dinner. Only thing I didn’t like is the room was not cleaned while we were there. You were given a paper to check off anything extra you needed, ie sheets but you changed them yourself. Other than that nice place
