Lovely tatami mat room which just fit the the 4 futons we had. Bathroom very large but a bit dark. Excellent location with very close subway access. Loads of choice for eating and shopping. But not a Ryokan in the true sense of the word.

A great ryokan for our first trip to Japan, in the middle of the charming Asakusa area. A helpful and welcoming team, a large room in a purely traditional style, very clean, very quiet even with the windows opened at night, a laundry within the building, supermarkets less than 5 min walk away, good wifi. And within walking distance of the Senso-Ji Shrine and all the treasures of Asakusa !!

A Great Little Hostel.
If hostels are your thing - and they are mine - then this is a good one. I stayed here with my family - wife and two teenage boys. Asakusa is a lively yet laid back area, with wonderful little alleyways that are a glimpse into an older Tokyo. The room was clean, nice little ensuite bathrooms, and staff were exceptionally helpful. The dining room/lounge/kithchen has all you need, but is busy and crowded at peak times.
