Good but small room.
The location to Railway Station, Underground stations, retail shops, convenient stores and eateries was perfect. The breakfast was good at Udon Noodle Restaurant. My only criticism was that the room was on the small side.

Small room and not the best pillows.
The service was great and else was too the only thing bringing down the rating was the size of the room(which can't be helped much because the building is complete) and the pillows were so thin and not very comfortable.

Expensive, tiny room and lack of service.
Definitely NO value for money. It is very expensive for the tiny room and lack of service. No change of bed linen unless you are staying for more than 4 nights. Centralized air condition. So you have to open the window to let cold air in and that creates another huge problem. The room faces highway and the road noise is bad. There's also a firestation next to the hotel so you may hear siren from time to time even during midnight. When it rains, the hotel did not have an umbrella that we could borrow.

Simple business hotel
Small room and simple hotel. It's clean and functional, though. It's located near Ginza and walking distance to a number of Tokyo Metro and JR stations, so very easy to get around Tokyo from.
