Charming
Check in was pretty easy and the room was clean and typical. It was difficult to deal with only one elevator for the entire establishment which was completely booked. The breakfast options were very good the only downside was the dining room being too crowded to actually sit and eat. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from local shopping which was fun!

Would not recommend
The hotel was perfectly located for our weekend adventures. The room was well tended by the housekeeping staff. However some points out of the housekeeping's control where the thoroughly filthy the carpeting, upholstered chair and desk chair. Neither chair was useable. The window curtain was also dirty. The hotel could use a little bit more sound proofing between floors. Someone's alarm went off at 3:10 a.m. for about 10 minutes and woke us up and that's how we started our day. At checkout the front desk representative was apologetic about the condition of the furniture in the room. Having said that, it's clear that there needs to be some renovations at that hotel. The breakfast buffet seemed to be hit however we were not able to use it because there was a constant line of no less than eight people for over an hour. By the time everyone had gone through the line the morning breakfast time period was also over. Lastly I would like to recommend that the very first room room 112 which was where we were at, should not be a guest room; perhaps a storage or some other type of for hotel use only. The noise level is too high starting early morning and late evening. The guests getting on and off the elevators coming into the dining and seating area, and entering and leaving the hotel created constant noise.
