    Great Hotel, Service needs to catch up.
    Housekeeping failed to make up our room for no reason and just left a note that they stopped by. We were out till evening and don't see any reason why they can't do it? While we were at the pool, we decide to order some food and drinks from the club house. After 45 mins, they didn't come and had to follow up personally. Only upon that the staff on duty said that they couldn't serve any food by the food. Surprising, we saw many other guests eating by the pool. After they said no food after 6. And we ordered at 7pm. So it is completely illogical why they did not inform us at the time of order and left us to wait with no reply. When questioned, she just said she couldn't find us. Mind you, this is a 25m pool with no blockage, and only a few people in a pool. Seems like a sorry excuse. Won't return again due to poor service.

    Overall is good except: Around 9:30 in the morning, I went to lobby for breakfast wearing my room slipper. The receptionist asked my room number and said I have to pay because it is not included in the rental; sure I agree and he let me in and asked me to find any table available (he is busy with a phone conversation). After my first round, I tried to get some more food and bumped into the receptionist, then he told me that I should not wear room slipper to the restaurant; I said I didn’t know and didn’t see any notice .. then I went back to my table. Later about 3 minutes, a waitress approached me and said I can’t wear the room slipper to this restaurant and have to leave immediately and she emphasized this is instructed by her supervisor. I signed the bill to my room and left half-way of my breakfast unpleasantly. I violated their guidelines (I didn’t see though), they didn’t stop me when I was allowed in...but the way they handled was rude to their guests.

    Checked in and the first room had a desk lamp that didn’t work and a shower that didn’t work. Later got a room where things worked. Then sent out a business suit to be dry-cleaned, and it was returned folded. Best part of my stay was checking out.
