Considering everything is different in the age of COVID-19 the Hampton Inn did a good job of making me feel comfortable. They are now serving a hot breakfast to go that was very good.

Due to pandemic breakfast was not served but staff made a bag with breakfast goodies, water and a hot sandwich. I stayed couple days and if we needed change of towels we had to place them out the door, the front desk did not tell us. We found out when i called requesting clean ones. Besides that everything else was good.

Poor
First of all, the interior locks didn't lock. The deadbolt and hinge lock didn't match up, with their counterparts, so I wasn't able to lock the door from the inside. The room also wasn't clean and I don't believe it was up to COVID-19 standards. The carpet felt wet, it looked like there was a bar of soap ground into the grout of the floor in the bathroom, the entry had not been swept- everything just looked or felt dirty.

It was good but the room had no mini fridge which was surprising and a big let down. The room was clean and nice. The beds were so comfortable! They were amazing!!!
