Loved our one night stay here. Wish it had been two. Our suite was absolutely beautiful with one of the most comfortable beds of our month long Portugal travels. We had dinner at the on site restaurant and the food and service were both excellent. Only suggestion is to have salt and pepper shakers rather than the paper packets. Next time I'm any where near this hotel, I will be staying here.

Staff very friendly. Unusual layout for room but large, clean with a balcony looking out over pool. Must have been off season because spa was closed and very few people in such a large hotel. Nice bar with games room where we played electronic darts. Very fancy lobby. Complimentary water in fridge. No lotion, conditioner coffee or Kleenex. Great breakfast. Also had dinner there which wasn’t as good. Walking distance to downtown. Lots of free parking.

Great relaxing hotel on the edge of Caminha within 5 minutes walk of the beach. Breakfast was buffet service with many options - all fresh. The hotel seems tired. The staff are all young kids who although very presentable where totally unaware if you asked questions. They had to run to a lady at the back of the office to get answers. The barman was good though. The pool side under the palm was green. Obviously not cleaned for some time. For me the first people you meet at a reception should be your best people. The perception of the hotel is created there. If that’s wrong it clouds your judgement of the rest of the place. At breakfast which is help yourself if you left your seat to go and get something else you could walk back and find what you were eating was gone!!!!. The place was not busy so they weren’t desperate for tables. Just kids doing a job without thinking. The whole structure needs looking at and changing to get a more professional experience. No doubt in Summer it is full so you might think my points are unnecessary
