staff friendly, helpful, but not enough pillows on bed, had to find staff to round up extra pillows, staff were helpful, toilet roll almost empty. had to going looking for another roll in hallway toilet., no spare roll in our seems that our room was double booked. this caused confusion. For a while but was sorted, staff was helpful..It seems that Expedia could get their act together to drive for 4 plus hours the find no room would be not a good day, luckily staff were helpful,

Very handy location right opposite train station, and easily walkable to all the mOn shops and restaurants in Blackheath. A traditional no frills hotel with all you need if you're only planning on sleeping and washing. Very friendly and helpful staff.

To be told after check in that the power was going off at 9pm was not great news. Therefore no electric blanket working and there was no other heat source in the room anyway. the shower head was broken and delivered a trickle of water, dreadful. If they knew the power was going off why didn't they tell us beforehand and we would have booked elsewhere. Will not stay again.
