Good location, 5 - 10 minute walk to Grand Place and Brussels Central train station. Cheaper bars and restaurants next to the hotel and rooms were clean and bed very comfortable.

8/10 Very good

I think the hotel is perfect if you want a low-budget stay in Brussels. The rooms are clean enough and it’s literally down the road from the Grande Place. The staff are really friendly and willing to help you out. However, I expected a bit more from the breakfast. I would advise to eat out if you can. But overall it was good.

nice hotel and well situated. hotel staff were friendly and the rooms, though small were clean. not a lot of space to unpack but manageable.

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel takes a bit to get used to, but when you start seeing the artistry of the place, the roughness dissipates. The only hard engineering is where it is important - the plumbing and the air conditioning. Both worked perfectly. Breakfast was also very good, though I can only vouch for the "Healthy" option. Oh - the room was also VERY quiet and the curtains could make it very dark. Great sleeping.

Small but very comfortable room and bed; Unlimited coffee availability; good internet and hot water; friendly, helpful staff; great location: walking distance to Brussels Midi; Grand Place & Brussels Centraal; Beaux Artes; and the heart of Brussels. Great nightlife and food in the immediate neighborhood; GREAT AC during a record-breaking heatwave

8/10 Very good

Nice enough little hotel and the staff were excellent and the location was good. Comfy bed and the only niggles that I had were the ironing board and the TV didn't get a reception but I was only there for a couple of days so no huge problem. I would definitely consider staying there again the next time I am in Brussels

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. It’s in a good location, a ten minute walk from Gare du Midi and five minutes from Grand Place. We didn’t try the breakfast and didn’t need the air conditioning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff were friendly on arrival, tbe check in and checkout were both so easy. The amenities including free coffee in the lounge area and coffee and kettle in the room were bonuses. The hotel itself was very clean. For a small room it did not feel cramped at all! Two things I would add as an improvement-first adding a full length mirror to the room and second adding a hairdryer or at least having to option to borrow onr from the reception. Overall wonderful, clean, quiet and safe stay
