My partner an I stayed over for one night after seeing Lilly Allen in Birmingham and it was amazing!. We were really impressed with the staff and the car parking. The room was really clean and considering it was unbearably hot outside the room was cool and nice to sleep in.

The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean. Parking was very secure and not too expensive. Lots of different lighting settings in the room, which was a nice surprise for a budget hotel. Beds very comfortable, sheets in good condition. The only downside was that there was a very strong foul smell which occasionally came from the shower drain - when reported to staff, they were apologetic and stated they'd get their maintenance team to sort it for the next guest. All in all, definitely worth the price paid, and we would stay again if in the area.
