Was Okay, Met Basic Expectations
We stayed here for 3 nights in the standard double room during our honeymoon and we were a little disappointed. We heard that hotel rooms in Paris were small, but the room barely fit our luggage and we had troubles packing/unpacking at the same time due to the lack of space. We also tried to ask the front desk for the closest laundromat and was not informed accurately. I felt that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned - sheets had some marks on it and the floor was slightly dirty - even after the morning cleaning. The elevator was also slow - especially during the cleaning times - as they skipped levels, etc. The worst was the WiFi, as it kept dropping out during peak periods and was very slow. The bed though was comfortable and the location of the hotel was very convenient to the Metro (but a bit far from the train station - if you came from the EuroRail, etc). Overall, it was okay - but not sure if we will come again. The service and facilities felt bare minimum. Would probably be better for those who packed light.

Happy Customers!
This hotel was PERFECT for our 3 night stay! We had a fantastic, friendly welcome when we arrived and were checked in with ease! The gentleman on reception also explained the local area and how best to see all the sights! The room was well decorated, lovely and clean with a cute balcony and fab bathroom! It is also just a minute from the Cadet metro station and a beautiful bakery for breakfasts! We got engaged whilst in Paris - Franck and Ishraaf were extremely helpful in helping arrange some special treats to be set up in our room for our return to the hotel and it couldn't have been more perfect, so a big thank you to them! We cannot sing the praises for this hotel enough! We were going to stay in the Pigalle/Sacre-Couer area of Paris and are now so glad we didn't as that area was a little rough around the edges! Thank you Les Plumes, and future guests, we hope you enjoy as much as we did!

Exceptional 10.0
The hotel is located 2 Metro stops or 15 mins walk to the Opera house. The Metro stop is literally 2 mins walk away, very convenient. The area is quiet at night, which is great. Yes, the rooms are small, but it’s Paris, for this price, it is very reasonable. The staff are all super friendly, very good with English and helpful with arranging my shuttle to the airport. If you don’t like the breakfast they provide, for $15 Euros, McDonald’s and Starbucks are right around the corner. There is a convenient store also near by if you want to buy water or snacks. Hotel also provide you with a local cell phone to use, that’s awesome! I stayed at the Champs Eylesse last time I came to Paris at a higher price hotel, I have to say it’s very busy and pricey over there just because of the location. I would definitely stay here next time we come to Paris, which will be very soon since we found a great place to stay that doesn’t break the bank. Not to mention, the hotel decor is very cute and swanky. Thank you to all the staff and we’ll be back.

Fair 4.0
A good hotel that lets itself down in a couple of areas. There is a lack of storage in the room and bathroom. No drawers at all in the room. Breakfast was disappointing as there was very little left towards the end of service and staff rarely replenished things. The major issue is with the phone that is in the room for you to use during your stay. The hotel has no insurance for these phones and if you get one stolen as I did then your travel insurance doesn’t cover you as it is not one of your personal possessions. When we went back to the hotel to report I had been pick pocketed and the phone had been stolen there was very little is patchy from the manager and a lack of compaassion eve though I was clearly shocked. She was more interested in t lying me I had over 400€ to pay to replace the phone.

Horrible stay BEWARE
Horrible stay, this was a business trip and the rooms are all made up different which is cool in its own way but the internet (wifi) did NOT reach to my room nor did regular cellular service so I couldn't conduct business. Upon arrival we were told that we would have free breakfast then next morning, so we got up and grabbed each 1 croissant and 1 small glass of orange juice, I had already taken a couple bites when the lady and desk staff came to tell sorry it was 15€ per person so I refused to pay 30Euros for two croissants, and they charged my credit card after we left against my will! Theft to say the least! Will never return and discourage anyone from staying there. Lousy service!
