First of all, there’s only a stool in the room, there's no chair where you can lean back in the room. Secondly, the water in the bathroom, both by the toilet 🚽 area and in the shower 🚿 area, the water doesn't drain at all, because the ground is tilted to wrong angle, therefore the water doesn't drain. Terrible! ☹️ The safety box did not work at first, called the service tech and they fixed it. Bathroom rug always dirty each day (see the pictures). Hotel service is pretty bad. Each night we have to request for two extra shower towels, a hand towel and clean bathroom rug. Also, they did not refill the shampoo/soap for us, so we didn’t have any shampoo nor soap during the 3rd night/4th day. Also, the room request does take a long time for them to deliver items to us. They moved us to another room on the ground floor, however, the room on the ground floor feels a lot more dampened (lembab) than the room on the fifth floor. You can see condensation forming on the AC, and the floor does feel a lot more dampened. And also, for some reason the toilet area on the ground floor smells stinks.

Location close to airport, restaurants and shopping mall. Staff were exceptionally friendly (the best part about the hotel). Not to be disrespectful in any way, but this property unfortunately didn’t satisfy my expectations. It’s more outdated than expected. The bed sheets were severely stained with yellow patches. And the bathroom needed a good scrub. The buffet breakfast could do with a few more western options, like pastries and other items that are a bit lighter on the stomach. Dripz coffee shop downstairs is great and convenient to pick up your morning coffee. The highlight would have to be the staff. Very welcoming, very friendly each time when passing in the hallways, very accommodating. Both of the drivers I had to and from the airport where lovely. Overall, if you’re looking for a decent hotel and don’t have high expectations like myself, this hotel is for you.
