Good location. Just a few minutes walk from street car stop, and a 10-min walk to Fort Goryukaku. The room was very nice and clean, with the beds/pillows quite comfortable. We had an early train to Tokyo the ff day, and the manager-in-charge kindly adjusted the breakfast opening time half an hour early so we can take a quick bite before leaving. That is superb customer service! Highly recommended and we will sure be back.

The room has spectacular view of the ocean however, the curtain is not at all a blackout so the sunlight woke us up around 5:45AM every morning. Also although it is pretty close to Goryōkaku, its distance to other landmarks, including train station, restaurants and bars is not quite walkable.
