Excellent location - easy to get from the airport to the hotel via public transit. Right next to several bus lines and the streetcar so you can easily get around. I saw way more in Hakodate than I anticipated because of the ease of grabbing public transportation. Lots of restaurants in the area too and a family mart attached for easy snacking. Our bedroom was so huge with tons of space. The bathroom is also spacious and very clean. It has an air conditioner and the room is very clean. The amenities are nice and they also provide amenities for the kids. They have a laundry washer and dryer in one for 600 yen. The breakfast have tons of options and very yummy where kids and adults can enjoy the food. This hotel is also near the shopping and eating area plus near the Hakodate airport. We will definitely come back and stay here again when we visit Hakodate!

We loved the location, a tram stop right in front of the hotel and a Family Mart attached. Less than 10 minutes to Goryokaku Tower/park. The laundry onsite was reasonably affordable. The room was relatively large as well as the bathroom, and the pajamas they provided were our most comfortable that we slept in in Japan. However, the lobby reeks of cigarette smoke as we did not know that was their smoking area and often fills into the elevator. Also, we skipped on their breakfast buffet as it seemed high priced for what was available.

Overall, this place was accessible, easy enough to find with a parking garage BEHIND the hotel. Note this if you are driving as otherwise you will need to circle the block to get to parking. The only reason for 1 star off is that we could not get the AC to work in our room despite using translation and thus the room was constantly stuffy.
