Reservation cancelled by hotel on check in
They refused to allow us to stay as we are from Bismarck, ND, and they will not allow “locals” to stay at their hotel. They canceled our reservation at checkin and did not even REFUND MY MONEY. This hotel should not be on your site. It was a inconvenience and embarrassment. They have a tiny sign on their checkin counter. That’s all the notice they give.

Poked they Hotel.com a week ahead! Booking said 3:00 checkin! After a long drive and a 3:15 arrival, was simply told that check in was not until 4:00. No if ands or butts! Sat in parking lot for 45 minutes until 4:00. At checkin, I asked for ground floor room(I’m handicapped) was told those rooms were already taken! If ck I wasn’t till 4:00, how could those Roos be gone? Not overly happy but took a 2 Nd floor room!

Terrible service. Rude staff. Didn’t receive the right room. No towels, were told they didn’t have more and weren’t doing anything to clean and get more. No real breakfast. Waited an hour for the wrong room.

We booked a king suite and got a double standard queen room. “Due to housekeeping” the pool area bathroom was the grossest thing I have ever seen, mold on the toilet, mold in the shower, and mold around the floor. They did a bad job at sticking pool towels and the breakfast.

Room wasn’t ready at 6:00pm. Then they didn’t have any double queens that we had booked so we all had to stay in a king bed. Took 35 minutes to check in.

Worst stay ever with Hotels.com
Outrageous waiting times, were put in a room that wasn’t what we booked (booked and paid for a suite and were told they gave that room to someone else already but were not offered our money back) . Watched 3 families who had also waited for an hour get told they didn’t have rooms for them even though they had also booked. No toilet paper in the room and only one towel which had holes in it and was pretty much falling apart and were told they didn’t have any more clean towels so he brought us a roll of toilet paper and a washcloth. The service was rude and disrespectful with no apology for room issues or lack of towels. Friday night we had stayed as well but had no issues other than the bathroom had open soap bars in the shower and on the sink so it obviously had not been disinfected or fully cleaned. Claimed their was a continental breakfast but it consisted of prepackaged cereal and granola bars.
