Beware of charges!!
Good room; clean and well kept. Basic service was good; but we had one really bad incident and we will never return and will recommend others avoid this hotel. The manager in the morning we left was rude beyond reason and overcharged us at least 45 euro for breakfasts we never had. We did not realize this till we had left and we believe it was deliberate. Watch closely what this hotel charges you for, especially the breakfast. For 45 euro, this hotel left a very impression; I wonder whether they think it was worth it.

Heartless hospitality
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I’ve stayed in a wide price and rating range of accommodations and this was a terrible experience. I arrived after 1pm, wet and chilled (rainy day) and was told tersely that check-in is at 3pm. Most places can manage housekeeping to accommodate early arrival. I waited almost 90 minutes for my room. All rooms, except penthouse, are on ground floor so forget privacy or keep your blinds drawn your entire stay. Finally got into room, unwinding and walking to shower, housekeeping opened door and walked in without notice. Did she not hear from front desk that someone was already in the room and should knock and wait? I screamed No! But she pushed through anyway, handing me a couple of towels saying I needed them. Even though I had 4 already. Ugh!! Reception did their best but was told that they’ve been without effective management for some time. Not an excuse! Whoever is in charge of this place is out to lunch. One of the most heartless & soulless hospitality experiences I’ve had to date.
