Front desk staff went extra mile to provide extended check out time looking at delayed flight schedule. The whole staff, without exception are so friendly and helpful. Michelle and I last stayed here around 4/5 years ago and staff remembered us, which brought a smile. A very high quality hotel with a friendly style. Naturally each stay again in Chennai we will be at the Westin.
