Good Hotel
Good hotel, comfortable and clean. Close to Metro station. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was good.

Great location and very friendly staff.
Cost little hotel close to metro and easy to get around. Everyone at reception were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. They really took their time to ensure our needs were met and assisted in every way possible. I dealt with 4 different receptionists and they were all fantastic.

Ok but not anything flash
Location is good, close to Eiffel and train metro right outside front door. Smallish rooms, however veiw of the Eiffel tower was nice, had a top floor room. Reception staff went through the motions without any interest, guy at check out was simply disinterested. No "hope you enjoyed your stay and time in Paris" or anything. Toiletries were very basic, couple of small bottles 2 in 1 deals, shampoo body wash. Only 1 cup for tea or coffee between 2 people, (Double room). Breakfast area was drab and did not reflect website pictures. Staff member did not greet us when we came down to breakfast and kept getting in the way when we were trying to serve ourselves food on offer. Outside courtyard which is depicted on the website as a lovely place to sit and have a drink with lovely greenery, did not exist.

Fabulous hotel
Lovely place to stay. Really well located right near the metro and the room was gorgeous. The bed was so comfy - my friend was on a mission to find out where the pillows were from! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here!
