Nice spacious room with useful amenities (small kitchen area w/microwave & utensils). Beds were comfy, and we experienced a quiet night, which is not always attainable on the ground floor. We had our dog with us, so her bathroom trips were limited to the property perimeter. There is a $50 upcharge for pets. The breakfast provided had many cereal, pastry and sandwich options. The cable tv was fairly limited, but we were only staying overnight. Bath (shower) area was clean and stocked. All in all, a positive experience.

Friendly reception, hot coffee in lobby! Spacious room with fridge/freezer, dishwasher & view. Hot breakfast & easy on/off highway access. Fire pit outside; Pool looked great but it was December! Would book again !!

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at the property for four nights and were very pleased. The rom was spacious and great layout. The front desk agent, Shakirah was outstanding. She offered top notch customer service and was very professional and friendly. The other staff that we came in contact with were all nice also. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

My experience was not great. The Air conditioner was broke the whole weekend. They fixed it an hour before I checked out, and now want to only refund one night 30 days later, after ignoring me for a week. I will never stay there again, and will tell everyone I know to not as well.

All of the ladies who worked at the front desk were very kind, personable and comforting. They made the stay all the better. I just left Florida and stayed at a five star hotel and they could not touch the service and care here at Home2 Suites in Augusta, Ga. they really need to give their staff raises so they do not loose them! In this time and age it’s hard to find people who love their job and actually care about their customers. We were here for our grandma’s funeral and being able to come back in late at night and being welcomed with the same love an care as we did when we checked in is truly a blessing! Thank you so much for the acts of kindness!
