Great property poor service
Great property in a great location, the only let down was when we reported a problem with the hot water service unfortunately the staff had a terrible attitude. We spent 2 out of 3 nights without hot water and the communication was horrendous. Problem was reported Sunday morning, chased up Sunday lunchtime, chased again Sunday evening and nothing done until Monday morning. With zero communication or attempt to resolve the problem. The owner of the property was very dismissive and rude.
