Visited Moscow with my family from New York City . Perfect location on Lublanska square Close to all historic sites in the center of Moscow . Staff very friendly , everybody pays attention to details , you’ll feel very welcomed . Great place to stay would highly recommend it !

Great luxury place to start our Russia trip
Our first time in Russia. We took advantage of all the hotel has to offer. We used their airport transfer for a fee. Spent our first day in the spa with the jet lag massage. Ordered room service. Tried local dishes. Delicious food. Service was attentive. They offer butler service which took bit to get use to. Pressed our garments overnight. Hotel is intimate and beautiful. Our room was a suite. Upgrade at check in . The location is a bit tricky to access Red Square. Major street with no apparent access to cross. Finally located underground. Small issue in an overall wonderful stay.

Inconsistent service this visit
We enjoyed our night so much at beginning of trip decided to return and Redeem a hotel. Com night. This visit did not match the service of the first night. Hotel never made wake up call as promised. We had early international flight. Room was lack simple amenities like place for soap and shampoo in shower. Coffee to room comes through butler which also didn’t arrive morning if our departure. Room was on third floor Had low constant sound all night. Curtains while designed attractively didn’t close fully to block our light. Hotel offered upgrade at check in in hindsight should have done that. Expected All rooms in this luxury hotel to be comfortable. Very different from our first stay. Room service prompt and reliable. Food very tasty.

When I booked my room (Deluxe Room) I had a choice of bed type (big bed or twin beds). Two separate beds were chosen and a note was noted for this and for the information the room was chosen with a balcony overlooking the city. There are no rooms with separate beds and my reservation is for a large bed only and there is no room except for some rooms with a large bed and no Unfortunately the subject was very bad for me
