Always a great stay. Staff are fantastic, close to central and lippo mall but far away enough for peace and quiet. Love being able to use sister hotel pool, gym and kids club. Happy with breakfast. Over all great stay, external building may need some TLC in the future.

Great room and property - bitterly poor breakfast.
Overall the property is great ! Double room for the family awesome But The breakfast was bitterly poor. Totally local with no international choice. Biggest issues was discovering a very rotten egg in the self boil eggs after we had cooked it and we’re back at the table. Turned all our stomachs.

The Bintang Kuta Hotel is friendly, basic and well located. The pandemic shut-down has unfortunately had a negative impact on the condition of the hotel, simply because there weren't staff cleaning the rooms as regularly as would normally have been the case. Hopefully, as more tourists return, the property will be returned to its original condition.

So the hotel was nice and clean and in a good spot...however, the hotels communications was lousy. I emailed them about getting transport for pickup for 70000IDR as stated on their site from the airport, and then messaged them on facebook both with no answers until after I had arrived and been there for a few days. They stated then that transport was now updated to 200 000IDR. Also on their site, it said to email them the day before but clearly that wouldnt have made a difference. It cost me not only the time, the heat from the airport, and aggravation of trying to find transport after my flight and a lot of walking around to get to immigration and baggage check, but also the high cost of 350 000IDR to get to the hotel when the most it wouldve been by Bluebird cabs wouldve been under 50 000IDR as everything has changed at the airport with no cab rank there like before. When checking in, I was told it was with breakfast and when I went down the next morning, I double checked to be told it wasnt with breakfast so I cant comment on their food. My room was really nice, good aircon, but I was woken every morning between 6am to 6.30am with whoever was in the room above me being there would stomp around every bloody morning. I did mention that to the staff hoping they might move me if possible but again, never heard back so no rest for me which is why I went. The one thing they did do was let me be there an extra hour as my flight was changed, and that was very much appreciated.
