They do it right !
This hotel just does it right. A great front of house team running a unique and efficient reception experience. My stay can be summed up with this example: we were in the pool and asked a member of the inside bar if it was okay to come into the inside bar just dressed in our robes. The response: "Of course you can - its a lifestyle hotel." Importantly the bed was fantastic - firm but not hard. Yes I would stay again.
