We have stayed here before and previously had enjoyed the experience. This time however was very disappointing. The air conditioner leaked and we were made to feel it was our fault. My wife was called a prostitute by staff when we came back from dinner with no apology being offered once they realised their mistake. The gym facilities were unusable and breakfast was very very ordinary. It’s a shame this hotel has fallen so badly.

Overall, our 6 night stay was excellent. Staff was super friendly and very accomodating. Room was clean, large, and ac worked great. Our only dislike was the configuration of the bathroom and lack of sufficient lighting, especially when applying make up. Plus, the towels were dingy in color. The staff stated they don't use bleach anymore as an environmental concern. However, these concerns will not stop us from staying at this hotel in the future. Many more positives than these minor concerns. Location was super too.
