Good
Everything but the service
The service isn’t great. There’s a bell you can ring for help but no one comes. Then they watched me fill my own cart and have trouble getting it in the elevator. No one even offers to help.

Good
I've been here several times. This time our shower/bathroom was dirty. Moldy grout in the shower and dirty bathroom floor and area. Not to mention the $35 overnight parking fee next door. I seriously doubt my wife will want us to stay here again. I used to refer friends to the Alexander but not any more

Very good
Confirm room first!
I booked a suite and was not given one. They didn’t have one to give. Disappointing

Rooms are nice. The beds are quite comfy. I thought parking was overpriced. Pet friendly which was good for us

Poor
Terrible experience
What a horrible experience. We stayed for two nights and the level of service was terrible and mostly non-existent. There was a door hanger to place on the door to request service, which we never got. When I called down to complain about it, the guy at the front desk was condescending and when I got angry he hung up on me. I went down the next morning to request coffee and the girl at the front desk was equally condescending and also made excuses. Last time we stay there.

Good
Nice art work. Italian Restaurant on ground level was wonderful. First room had a broken sliding barn door to the bathroom. Moved to a new room. Was not as nice a room. Clearing a down grade. Had the maid across the hall come in and vacuum. Shower was nice. No free bottled water as advertised. You have to taken two different elevators to get to your room. No direct access from parking garage by elevator. Parking cost 35.

Poor
Never Never Never stay here
I took my wife down to indy the night before she had surgery. I wanted to be nice take her someplace where we could relax. When we arrived check in is on second floor, the layout is odd. Have to take two sets of elevators to get to your room. The parking garage is $38, the bridge accross closed. Get to our room its the size of a walk in closet, your voice echoes, bed is a queen not a California king, cheap design and decor. Glue diwn carpet in patches, the fixtures are plastic, and presswood look like they came from a marshals scratch and dent sale. No restaurants open, no room service, best part was 4:30 am we had to leave for hospital and there was some black guy wearing sunglasses higg out of his mind trying to break into the heater in the elevator in the parking garage. Was trying to intimidate us block us from going past. When i talked to the guy at the front desk and told him i wasnt happy he said yeah we get that alot and hung up. This place is NOT SAFE, NOT NICE, NOT BY ANY RECORD A 4.5 STAR HOTEL.

Fair
Poor and poorer
Staff was almost nonexistent. No explanation of property benefits and features. Numerous mechanical issues in the room. At least half dozen broken items in our room made it obvious the hotel wasn’t spending any money on maintenance. Only saw one cleaning staff working at a snails pace. Restaurants were closed. Definitely would not ever return. Price approximately $300 per night was ridiculous!
