Ramada review
The room is small but fine. The bed is comfortable. The bath room is not that great. No counter space to put things. Need to put tooth brush on the space near the floor. It is hard to get the toilet paper while you are sitting at the toilet because the paper roll is right behind your back. There is always small amount of water dripping on the floor in the toilet. The sliding door of the bathroom does not close properly. It derailed when you tried to close it all the way. The decor and design of the room is old fashion. The AC in the room can only be turn ON or turn OFF. When it is ON, it can be very cold after a while then I had to turn it OFF. When I need to call the front desk or the housekeeping numbers, there were never anyone to answer the phone. The first night I was so cold and needed a blank but no one answered the call. I want to know whether the local calls are free and called the front desk but again no one answered my call. The front desk and housekeeping calling services are bad. I went down to talk to the front desk and they will honor my request. The cleaning ladies are very good.

The hotel is a bit old and needs renovation, especially the carpet. Disappointed, as a premium room, the room size is not as big as described. There is no wardrobe and just a tiny closet which only allowed you to hang couples of jacket. Apart from that, there is no clothes hanging facilities. Toilet has odours of drainage and cigarette smoke. Water pressure is very good allowing you to enjoy a hot shower. The hotel resumes daily room cleaning service and the cleaning ladies had done a good job which is really appreciated. Staff in the reception were nice and helpful. However, on the last couple nights, my hands were itchy with rashes after resting my hands on the pillow while sleeping of which should be the presence of bedbugs in the pillows or mattress.
