Great base with warm welcome
Tucked away just off the main square, the hotel is perfectly placed for enjoying the city's touristic hotspots and eating out. We had a friendly and helpful welcome from the reception staff both times we stayed in this holiday. Breakfast was great and the room was quiet, spotless and comfortable.

Recommendation
The overall stay was pleasant. Housekeeping however could do with some improvement-some days we had enough towels, other days we only had enough for the one person. Toilet itself was not always cleaned. And on check-out day, we had a housekeeper come in without knocking or introducing themselves. In addition to this, the entire staff at the hotel were super friendly, helpful, respectful and we enjoyed ourselves! We will be recommending the hotel to our friends and family for our future trips to the Netherlands.

Near to the famous museums and close to the central station. They give you a toothbrush, toothpaste, and other small items if you need them. Water was served in the lobby. Staffs are helpful and smiling. Recommended.
