A bit over crowded in areas with artthatwasbeing sold and random ants here and there. We only stayed a day as we were flying out same day we checked in and got a cheap deal on wot if.com. it was central to everything in kuta. Not bad for a short stay. The staff were lovely.

Staff was nice and helpful. The photos on the website definitely look a lot better than in real life. Our room was quite old, the mirror had bits that were fading away due to wear, pillows were flat and air conditioning was quite loud. We stayed in the room right next to the hallway and lifts and we could hear every conversation outside, I would recommend specifically to request no to have rooms close to the front.

Broken shower, broken hair dryer, we checked in around 9.00pm and when we asked for a late checkout they said NO. we were forced to checkout by 12PM. We had to kill time outside bench for 6 hours. Rude staff. Don’t be fooled for their online pictures. That’s not even close to the actual hotel. Will NOT recommend Horison Seminyak to anyone

The hotel was clean, the staff extremely friendly. It’s a little oasis in a place of complete mayhem. Seminyak is a full on place. I enjoyed my visit at the hotel and would highly recommended it. I’ve stayed in many hotels in my time and this abdvyiu can’t beat this place. British male - 36.

We paid for an Executive Deluxe room, we were given a Deluxe room. We had two single bed push together, so uncomfortable. We went to the Management, they would not come to our room nor would they give us the Executive Deluxe room, what we paid. Also the were doing alteration and the jack hammer noise, was so loud, all day. Again we raised this with the reception. They offered us a welcome drink, which is a cordial. What an insult. Days later they were making loud noises again. Disappointing.
