This is an unstaffed set of rooms but in a perfect location, very clean and accessible was easy. We didn’t need to use it but there is an AI receptionist in the entrance so you can get assistance if required. Water cooler and free bottle were much appreciated.

Had a bit of difficulty when we arrived getting the main door code do we could drop off our bags and explore until the 4:00 check-in time when we would get the room code. So we had a drink at the pub across the alley for an hour. Our room was on the 2nd floor which is 4 flights up and no elevator. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was modern and clean. Room was quiet. Great proximity to everything! We wandered the canals and alleys all night! Ran into 2 Hollywood actors having casual conversations in the street! A great spot to explore Venice from!

It's not a hotel. It's some rooms on top of apartments. The "virtual reception" is awful. The front door is a keypad entry and was broken, leading us to be trapped along with 2 other guests inside the stairway for over an hour before the fire department climbed in through a second floor window to dismantle the door from the inside. The fire department said they had already responded to a call 24hrs prior for the same thing and the "hotel" was made aware, yet no repairs were made. For the duration of the stay after the front door was broken into by the fire dept, no repair attempts were made, and we spent 2 days with no lock on a door to the stairway to the rooms, in a building with no reception or door man. The "hotel" begins on the 3rd floor of the building and goes up 2 more floors, with no elevator, which they at least mention. There is no wifi in the building, but the room key is your phone, and has to be connected to the internet to open an email link to open the door. Service isn't great in Venice so this can be difficult for those without a local cell plan. There were no towels in the room at all, and the hosts solution for this was to send a teenager by who entered a code and barged into the room unannounced and photographed everything before leaving towels. At the time of our checkout the door lock was still just a hole in the door.

Esta super bien ubicado con restaurante y bar apenas bajas del hotel. Siempre tuve una respuesta rápida del personal. La habitación muy cómoda con todo lo necesario. Eramos 8 personas y nos encantó estar allí por que teníamos todo cerca. Había agua filtrada y una botella para recargarla. Todo limpio y ordenado

Nuestra experiencia con la habitación, a la hora de dormir no fue buena, el aparato de aire es muy ruidoso y además en la pared del cabecero de la cama (que daba justo con una bomba de agua o similar) no para de hacer ruido en toda el día y noche. El aire acondicionado no lo puedes modificar y a nuestro gusto estaba demasiado fría. Espero solvente esta situación, por lo demás, estaba limpio, buena ubicación y la habitación espaciosa.
