Excellent location close to twin towets and KL towers and 2 shopping malls. Local food market was also within 10 mins walking distance. All staff friendly and helpful couldnt do enough for you if you had a query. Thank you for making our stay comfortable

NIGHTMARE!!!!
It was OK until I got trapped in a pitch black elevator for 20 minutes. All elevators down and only a single light in the stairwell on bottom, so had to walk down dark stairs from 13th floor. Could not enter floors from stairs, after 2 hrs the lobby looked like a refugee center. No comps or anything given out. Finally, one small staff elevator was used to get people to their rooms. When I checked out next day, only one elevator was working. I think this building has a serious electrical issues and I would AVOID it. I found the experience harrowing and now refuse to stay above the 5th floor.

Dreadful and frightening.
Yesterday, the elevator stopped mid floor, pitch black, where I was trapped for 20 minutes. All elevators went dead along with almost no stairway lighting. It was 2 hrs until a service elevator could slowly get people up. Today, only 2 of 4 were working and I felt a sense of terror just to use one. There seemed no emergency plan or stair lighting. This building has serious issues and I would avoid it. I was on the 20th floor and will never stay above 5 again. A dreadful frightening experience. Can't wait to check out in the morning.

Good value and comfy.
Good value with excellent bedding, colorful room with nice desk and chair. Breakfast is disappointing and needs a complete re-design in all regards. Lobby/breakfast area is pleasant. Staff is nice. Arrival was confusing at night as I was unsure where to enter and did not see the ramp, way off to the side, so had to drag my bags up the steps. I spoke with other guest who had the exact same issue. A few extra signs with clarity might help.
