Hotel Needs Updates to 21st century

Review for W Hotel: The overall experience at the W Hotel was satisfactory, and I must commend the service which was indeed excellent. However, given the brand's reputation, I had higher expectations in terms of comfort and technology. The absence of A/C in the elevator, especially during hot days, was quite discomforting. The tablet, which is meant to control room electricity, required a daily reset due to malfunctions that also caused the AC not to work properly. Moreover, I was surprised to see a non-smart TV without streaming services like Netflix in the room. Considering the premium price point, I'd suggest it's time for some updates and renovations. There are comparable hotels in this price range that offer better amenities.
