Loved it was out of Ubud and rural and staff so helpful and nothing a problem. Great free shuttle service Only downside would be the pool decking is shocking it needs a major renovation.

We had great stay, and it’s so good to see a hotel take steps towards sustainability. The refill water tap was really good. Location was great; free shuttle but also less than 30minute stroll to the centre. We were disappointed that the yoga classes were only twice a week as we would have loved to go.

Friendly staff, helpful, beautiful property. Improve guided tour, would have loved to know more about the aquaponics system but staff did not speak great english. Cats around breakfast table and jumped up whilst we were eating, staff didn't know what to do.

Overall good stay.
Beautiful well maintained grounds. Room nice and big. Very quiet compared to places in town. Mattress was so so. Not plush but not rock hard. A little softer would have been better. Breakfast mediocre. 20min walk to town. Shuttle service starts at 10am and runs 2 hrly. Makes it somewhat inconvenient. (Especially if you want to get your own breakfast) Another nearby resort had hourly shuttles. Was supposedly discounted 70%.

Reception staff was rude and not very helpful, lied to us on many occasion. But restaurant staff was good lack of facilities and food options. food was not great. very far from the main road. cycle provide was not in good condition brakes were not working. Spa doesn't operate when need.
