Exceptional 9.4 From 735 reviews

Very good 8.0
Using gym is troublesome, as one needs to get a key card from the front desk. On arrival, one has to gain access to the lift to the sky lobby by either waiting for someone to come out or have to go through some instructions on connecting to the front desk. Not friendly enough. Breakfast is very good. Compact and tasty.

A very wonderful stay, beyond expectations!
There are not many hotels where you would wish that you could return just a day after you got back home from your holiday. Oakwood Premier Tokyo is definitely one of them. The hotel was situated in a splendid location. The rooms were clean, modern, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped even with a rice cooker. The bathroom was really pleasant and had a rain shower with very good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable even beyond many hotels that I have stayed in. Rooms are cleaned every day unlike most serviced apartments which would only do so every 3 days or so. The hotel also went many extra miles knowing it was our son’s first birthday. They gave us an upgrade from a studio apartment to a 1 bedroom, free wifi, and most importantly service with a heart - the staff gave our baby boy a birthday card with birthday wishes personally signed by every staff, they even left balloons and towel bears for him on his bed on the second day of our stay which really made us feel very touched. Our baby boy had an extremely comfortable stay in a very comfortable cot provided by Oakwood. It was very good quality wooden cot, with a thick baby mattress. He even had his own duvet, pillow and cot protector. Staff remembered his birthday throughout our stay, and we really felt very touched by the gesture. Thank you Oakwood for this very wonderful experience. We would definitely come back to stay the next time we are back in Tokyo.

Exceptional 10.0
This was more of an apartment than a hotel room. There was a small kitchen and the bedroom was separated from the other areas. It was very close from shopping and restaurant areas. Moreover, it was within walking distance from the central train station for easy access to the city. Room clean, staff super friendly and good location. A very good option to visit Tokyo.

Modern, convenient studio apartment like stay
The Oakwood Premier / Tokyo Station is a fantastic place to stay. It is near Tokyo stations Yaesu side, north entrance (3 minutes walk; 5 minutes to Shinkansen tracks / Tokaido line); however, it is far enough away from the station hubbub to be quiet and restful. The facilities are large by Japanese (and non-Japanese) standards. For business traveling, I was able to use the washing/drying machine in the studio to clean my clothes, which helped a lot (though the combined washer/dryer unit takes many hours to complete running, and is somewhat harsh on some clothes). The gym is excellent, but is a separate facility, in the same building, and requires a separate keycard to access. If you know how to navigate the underground walkways below Tokyo station, many subway lines are within reach of a 10-15 minute underground walk from right beneath the hotel. Numerous shops and restaurants inside Tokyo station, and right near Daimaru department store, which has its own supermarket and deli floors within 5 minutes walk of the Oakwood. There is also a convenience store directly across from the hotel entrance for quick snacks and sundries. If you need peace and quiet, but quick access to a variety of trains and subways that can reach all parts of Tokyo (and much of the Japanese Kanto area / Tokyo / Yokohama via Shinkansen), this is the place.

地點方便,樓下便有機場巴士。 前台服務人員態度非常好。 早餐簡單但新鮮味美。 房間整潔齊備。 可改善:枕頭太軟及牙擦也太軟! Hotel is so convenient! Airport limousine is just downstairs. Front desk staffs are almost perfect in service! Big compliments to them. Breakfasts are simple but wonderful. Ingredients are very fresh. Rooms are in perfect condition. ( I have been stayed in 2 kinds of room in my trip) Toothbrush and choices of pillows need improvement. Both are too soft....to me.
