Excellent service, great location, good breakfast choices. Only stayed 3 nights and evening menu didn't change so would struggle with longer stay.

Perfect stay and wonderful staff
We absolutely loved our stay at Duisdale House, the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and clean with an incredible view of the sea and mountains! We brought our westie with us and the staff were lovely to him, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and drinks in the cosy hotel bar. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. Food was superb, and public lounge area was great for relaxing. Only minor quibbles would be with the positioning of the blind in our bedroom (#16), which sat too far from the window to block out any light, so had to improvise. We would also recommend a blind is fitted in the bathroom to offer more privacy.

From start to finish you were made welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel experience was refined whilst maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. Staff were exceptional -responsive, friendly and went out of their way to ensure the customer had an enjoyable stay Food at all times was excellent. Views from hotel were stunning. Interior of hotel extremely clean. Ambience was perfect for customers.

Beautifully old world European. Elegant and remote. A few easy hiking trails off the property gave a birds-eye-view of the harbor and mountains. We stayed in the cottage which was very family-friendly.

Absolute hospitality perfection. Fantastic staff. Designed to have ZERO stress. Welcome drink in front of the fire while someone took our bags up so we could relax after travelling. So check in pretty much done for us. Shown to our room. Recommendations given. Directions offered where needed. Really the definition of hospitality. Couldn't have felt more like a guest. I have 15 years in hospitality management and this is as good as it gets.
