Best Western Montcalm

The overall stay was okay. The bathroom was very small (in the room for 1 person). Especially the seat was in a weird position that sitting was very hard and uncomfortable. I would be better if they made wash basin smaller and have more room for the seat. There was too much noise in the early morning at around 5 am or 6 am that it woke me up twice. The location was very nice though. Around 25 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower and lots of good restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. Hotel staff itself was very nice as well.

This hotel was a lifesaver after I was forced out of my other hotel due to A/C problems. The friendly staff there helped me get situated very quickly around 1:00AM when I had to move from my other hotel. They were very concerned and helped me get situated quickly. I had one small issue with the water running from the shower, but the hotel staff immediately took it upon themselves to fix the issue and they even offered us free breakfast due to the inconvenience. I was so happy with this hotel that I even booked an additional night for my adult children, although I had already paid at the other place. Great breakfast (which is not free) but still worth it.

The stay was good, Nitten , the reception staff on duty was extremely good and helpful compare to other reception staff that we have come across during our stay for 5 nights.We stayed in Room # 3 the air circulation was very poor, had to open window from time to time to balance the hot conditions. Nitten did his best, helpful in warming food, but other staff refused to do it as not allowed, Very good location. clean some odor from the carpet or from the poor air circulation. Overall it was a good stay.

Location was perfect, Metro stop right outside the door and many restaurants/bakeries/grocery stores to choose from close by. The rooms were very clean, had plush, large bath towels and though small had all the amenities we needed. Staff went above and beyond in helping to give advice, directions, and arrange transportation to CDG for our flight. There is a small garden out back with tables and chairs for nights when you just want take-out. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great little hotel room for our time in Paris. Conveniently located to he metro. Restaurants, grocery store, and bakery nearby. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Great working air conditioning. The staff was friendly as well. Of course it’s a smaller sized room, but this is very common for Paris and we were completely satisfied with our stay. Only negative is the breakfast. 13 Euro for cold options (croissants, yogurt, etc) not worth it when there’s other options around.
