Disappointing

Non working phone, no refrigerator as the room description indicated. It was extremely noisy, there’s no sound proofing at all. There was also a huge gap around the door. Valet parking is $100/day not $90 (or they overcharged us). With such a reputable brand we expected a lot better than what we received.
