Exceptional 10.0
Amazing from start to finish.
From the moment we checked in, to the moment we collected our bags that they had stored for us, everything was brilliant! Great location! Close to trains, monorail, temples, shrines, night life but out of the hustle and bustle. Our room was really spacious for 3 adults. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay.

Good 6.0
Great location to get to other places
Location fantastic - close to Daimon station and JR Hammamatsucho. Food choices: close to Daimon station is the Food Garden which has quite a few reasonably priced places for a meal, a Denny's nearby for breakfast is good value also. Hotel's in house restaurant we didn't try as we though the breakfast was overpriced at about 1500 yen each. 7 Eleven nearby as well as Foodmart for other food, and a local supermarket not far too. Room: beds comfortable. Not heaps of space for luggage - we didn't even have that much. Found the rooms to be quite stuffy, skin dried out so much during our stay there. Showers and amenities provided were great. Laundry service was expensive as reception staff informed me, so went down the road to another hotel to do laundry there (machines weren't very effective though) Small fridge was ok - no water provided though compared with other hotels we stayed at on our Japan trip Loved the short walk to Kyu Shiba Rikyu gardens from the hotel Overall, hotel was clean, and location in close proximity to station made it easy to get around.

Superb in every aspect
First time to Tokyo. Superb location, few train stops from Haneda airport and walking distance to Ginza 6 and tsukiji markets. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Hotel staffs very friendly and helpful. My teenage kids loved it so much, that they wrote a thank you note in Japanese and English! Will stay again.
