Exceptional 10.0
undervalued; performance/price ratio is good
This hotel is very conveniently located at the central area of Tokyo, close to the many restaurants (10-15 minutes by walk) and Kanda station (4 min by walk) and ideal for a business trip. The room size (standard single, not economy single) was good, which is a typical concern in Tokyo. The hotel and the room (no view) were silent and clean, the room service changes your bed sheets, towels, and etc everyday. In addition to the standard items such as soap and shampoo, comb, tooth brush, and shaving razor are available in the bathroom and replaced by the room service everyday with the new ones. The people at the reception are quite helpful and polite. When you ask for a particular tourist atraction, they immediately bring a metro map and a "pre-prepared" one page document providing the details on how to go there. Finally, the Wi-Fi connection was good, no interruptions.

Good 6.0
Standard hotel
I stayed for 5 nights, nothing spectacular or bad, it just the hotel is out dated compared with other hotels I experienced. The room amenities are standard, bed and sheets are abit wore out, bathroom overall acceptable, laundry machine is located at the basement & u need to go thru 2nd floor fire escape to go down basement(abit creepy during night), staffs are friendly and willingly to answer my questions, location is ok, 3 mins walk to Kanda station, 15 mins walk to Akihabara. One more thing, you need to hand the room key(they don’t use Room Card) when u go out(less weight???) when u come back just tell them your room number to claim your room key. Well, for the price I paid vs the hotel quality... I got what I pay for.

Fair 4.0
The staff was courteous and helpful. But the wifi signal in my room on the 7th floor was rather weak and I could hard connect the internet and browse for some local content. But the location is great. I may consider staying here again provided they beef up their wifi signal int he building.

Very good 8.0
Affordable hotel thats close to train stations.
The exterior building design isn't exciting, but the room facility, cleanliness is great. Although the room is rather small, perhaps it's the standard size in Japan. Hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. I found that the pillow was a.bit hard to my liking but you can borrow more comfortable pillows down at the reception. They have a choice of pillows you can choose. Hotel location is good. It's close to Kanda station or tokyo metro station. There are also 2 convinience stores nearby.

Very good 8.0
Good location and spacious room
The hotel is a 4 minute walk from Kanda station, which is between Tokyo and Akihabara Station. The Kanda area has a few local restaurants, but not too much else. You can YouTube Kanda to see. The room was spacious, with all the the require amenities except for a microwave. Staff are nice, but have limited English in my experience. One example was I asked where I could buy a simcard so I could use the internet, but they didn't understand.
