Great location in Kuta, Extremely nice Staff, rooftop is amazing

Swim up bar was a plus and so nice- pool isnt too deep which is beneficial. The location isn't bad, except there is alot of construction going on around the hotel so it is very noisy.

We booked a classic room knowing that it was a basic room but the room was small, opened the curtains & we looked straight onto a corridor to other staying quarters, dirty aircon units...not a pleasant view at all. Bathroom was a shower & toilet & sink was in bedroom. No drawers to put anything. We asked to look at the grand deluxe which although the bathroom was bigger with a bath the room was the same except for a wedge shape balcony which overlooks the pool with 1 chair on it & if there was a spare chair it wouldn’t have fit on the balcony. The rooms were musky smelling & bathrooms were damp & mouldy. We ended up paying an extra $300 to upgrade to the pool access room. Still similar to the other rooms however we could sit outside our room together. The room towels were grey & looked like they needed a good soak or replacing & the pool towels were tatty, stained or had wholes in them. ground floor pool closed at 8pm so those with pool side & pool access couldn’t use the pool to cool off after 8pm. The 7th floor pool is only knee deep & open till 11pm. The pool bar staff were too busy talking to themselves or on their phones, didn’t attempt to interact with guests which made it hard to order drinks. At checkout asked for a towel to continue using the pool & shower which took half an hour to get & the only showers were near pool with no shower screen or place to put your dry clothes. We won’t stay here again

Close to everything that was in our interest, our room was in a good position and was quite. Expedia advertised the room had a mini bar which it did not, this is misleading and should be removed. On check out they asked if I drank the wine which we never had and or was in the room to confused regarding of what we should or may have been offered.

The location was good in the Main Street, best explored by foot as bad traffic on the hotel road. The towels need to be renewed as it was really dirty and gray. Found two cockroaches in the bathroom. Definitely don’t consider it 4 star.

The staff we’re friendly. We checked in Late but they were waiting. The rooms were clean and ready as per our request. I would recommend this hotel to any one. And I. Early forgot, the price was really good for a hotel like this as it also included breakfast.

Hotel was very nice, only thing we didn’t like was the pool upstairs was the only one we could use and it wasn’t ideal for swimming.

Breakfast okay location of the place ,stuff friendly and and the professional only problem is the swimming pool very shallow not suitable for a swim I give 3 1/2 star
