Great location, too expensive, not luxurious
The room was fine but not much light amd felt claustrophobic. The biggest issue was the smell in the bathroom from which at the time was unacceptable and unbearable. We flagged it with reception on our checkout but them didn’t seemed bothered and we didn’t get an apology

Great stay in the canal view 3 bedroom apartment
I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. After reading some of the other reviews, it seems that the canal view family suite is the way to go. That was the room we booked, and we thought it was great. Comfy, spacious, and full of character - with a great view as well. We came from Paris and London and this was the best of our accommodations by far. The staff was friendly, nice welcome and snacks provided throughout the stay. Excellent access to the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was just dirty. The floor was dusty and all surfaces felt grimy or had obvious dirt/ stains. The bed dipped in the middle from excessive use, and the pillows might as well have not been there which caused massive discomfort. Had it not been for the location, we would not have stayed here. The only positives were that it felt very secure and was easily accessible. The other reviews stating that the walls are thin were… not joking. We had been check in an hour when next door to the hotel started “having a great time” and we heard it all! Every time someone went up or down the central staircase we heard it. Wouldn’t recommend unless they start cleaning the property and ditch the dated decor!

amazing stay here! me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights,great service. room was tidy and less than 10 minute walk from central attractions from Amsterdam. Neighbourhood felt safe ,and the hotel was clean and had a lovely welcome area with free snacks and drinks which were replenished regularly. They also offer a luggage storage for after your stay. Would recommend!
