We loved having an authentic Danish experience while staying at the hotel. We could have stayed elsewhere in a hotel that was like any other hotel but this hotel has an interesting history. Plus the property is gorgeous! The front desk staff were great!

Location in park like setting very desirable- still very close to center of town. Nearly adjacent to Aqua and Jorn Museum. Grounds just lovely, tranquil. Rooms attractive though small. Hotel restaurant food only sampled at breakfast, but was good. Lovely terrace for breakfast in good weather.

Brilliant hotel, amazing stafff
Superb hotel, extremely kind and accommodating staff. Loved the breakfast, free bicycle use, beach towels, beautiful garden and walking trails. Dinner was of good quality and reasonable value, especially the wine. The hotel is well positioned relative to the town centre and swimmable Almind Lake.

Det er tredje gang vi besøger Gl. Skovridergaard og vi vender helt sikkert tilbage. Personalet er så søde, dygtige og imødekommende. Værelserne er virkelig dejlige og udsigten skøn. Morgenmaden var perfekt - virkelig god kvalitet. Vi spiste aftensmad i Orangeriet og maden og betjeningen var eminent!
