An absolute 10/10 stay! The apartment immediately felt like home, and we really didn’t want to leave. Plus, the location is unbeatable and so close to all the best things to do in Big Bear.

We arrived early and had to wait for our check in. We were able to eat and got a call when the room was ready. The room was spotless, the beds were comfy. There were deer, squirrel, chipmonks and donkey around. We were walking distance from downtown, easy to walk to restaurants and shops.

Amazing hotel!!! Staff was so friendly. The only downside was the Jacuzzi was not hot! We had such a great time and loved the room and property. It is so close to everything!

Our 3rd visit. It’s the best location and accommodations in Big Bear if you’re asking. Right at the Village with shops and restaurants all walking distance. The property is very well done, nice big rooms and kitchens if you need it. Beautiful view of the mountains and BBL. Nice pool area and grilling area if you want to do some grilling. We are looking forward to our next visit, probably Oktoberfest.

We absolutely fell in love with this place. It felt like coming home instead of just a room where you were sleeping in. There were days where we just wanted to relax in front of our chimney or balcony and watch a movie. We defiantly coming back and recommending it to family and friends. Oh and our favorite thing was we were a 5 min walk to the Village center.

I’ve been vacationing up in big Bear for the last 20 years and this is by far the best property I’ve ever stayed at. All of the staff at the entire property were incredibly helpful. The rooms are incredible.I thought that the small storage garage in the carport was very convenient for storing all of the items needed for the lake. Before checking out on our last day, we already booked our next vacation here the following month and are so looking forward to coming back.

The property is beautiful. Always clean and well kept. The staff is top notch and always make us feel welcome. The kitchen is useful, could use a few more utensils and a cookie sheet, not just a pizza tray. Other than that, the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious and luxurious (for Big Bear) and it’s very quiet. The best part is once you park, everything is pretty much walking distance.
