looks like a house museum and feels like a dorm.
It was impossible to sleep with people walking around outside my room on creaky floorboards and talking in the dining room nearby. The window shades did not keep the sun out well enough. The shared bathroom is located so that in the morning when you just want to use the restroom and I haven't slept well, you have to walk through the kitchen past the dining room where people are chatting. The lady cleaning and managing it was really nice though.

For people like to stay in a house with architectural feature in a residential community, this is good place. There is limited parking space, make sure you reserve the spot in advance. Staff is helpful.

It was great. But my room didn’t have a bathroom—the bath was down the hall—which wasn’t clear from the listing. Other than that it was super.

First of all the staff was nice. But no one was there when I arrived and I had to take my bag up 3 flights. The room was very hot and no one was there to help. I needed help working the TV and the young man did not know how to work it. There was no enough light in the room. Breakfast was fine but not as it was described. I suppose for the price it was fine.

Great Location and B&B for the price
B&B are a great way to meet great people. The location is outstanding if you don't mind to commute. Location at 15 minutes from Downtown on green line. No need to up in and up out in an other train. The two gentlemen who work there were fantastic. Thanks to Aaron for the outstanding service and help he did provide. This B&B is extremely affordable compare to the average price for hotel in Boston.

Not the place you are looking for.
This place can be best described as a rundown hostel bnb. The breakfast was very basic and ofyrn not fresh. From the surface, the building can appear quaint but it is not well maintained. There is no soundproofing, we could hear our neighbors breathe. You need earplugs to sleep. Some rooms (such as ours) do not have toilet, shower; we had to share with others. It was also not stated anywhere in the description. Although we were told that it is for our use only, anyone could use it. As a result, we found toilets dirty and often inaccessible; there never clean bath mats, and urine stains, to say the least. We found the description misleading and the stay frustrating. Would not recommend and not return.
