The junior suite was so comfortable with an excellent outside terrace. The pool area was great- the only improvement I would suggest would be to ensure a more dynamic service poolside. The location of the hotel was great and it was an easy walk into Alberobello. The staff at this hotel were polite and helpful.

Staff unprofessional, check in was terrible, hold me one hour to tell me to come back in 2 hours while the room was ready. Once in the room, number 8, was no light for some problem with the internal switch, I had all night that problem. Check out also, receptionist coming and going in a non sense waiting. My worst experience ever.
