Front staff were helpful when I needed assistance with some things and efficient. The location was convenient to Metro and lots of dining opportunities close by. The rooftop bar was a nice place to have a drink after a day of travelling.

Two negatives - we booked a triple and arrived after our 24 hour flights and the room wasn’t ready. The second negative we found was our taxi to the airport that booked through the hotel - we were told the price and then at the airport the driver added €10 for bags! Pay at the hotel in advance and avoid the trap Having said that. The hotel was excellent. The staff were super friendly and very very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. We had a fabulous stay.

I liked the location! The rooftop at Lamee was pleasant. Staff was pleasant and tried being accommodating. We had 2 rooms in Topazz, both were dirty! Smelled like smoke, thick yucky smell! Very unpleasant. Dust everywhere, floors dirty, tapestry dirty and smelly. We had a contact lens stuck on the floor in our bathroom during the entirety of our stay, meaning they don’t really wash them. Stains on all fabric surfaces, rugs in the room, in the lobby and breakfast area. Layer of dust on all lamps and light fixtures. On last night we had dirty sheets too. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone at this point, however if the actually clean the property, it has potential.
