Very friendly staff & great location. The only thing was the bathroom has a very slight smell. Perhaps it's because of the plumbing

Very Noisy Property. We stayed for two nights and we could hear everything our next door neighbor was doing. Unfortunately for us, our neighbors were extra noisy and liked to stay up late talking and also liked to get up bright and early in the morning with an alarming going off for 20 mins whilst they were in the shower! If it wasn't for the paper thin walls we would have been very happy here.

Very friendly staff, location closes to water port, and all high and low shopping, food can find just step out of hotel

Good 6.0
Clean and convenient. We just finished hiking Mount Kinabalu and wanted somewhere to put up our feet for the night before flying onwards. Check in wasn't great as we were looked up and down, no one helped with our bags or opened the door. We were still in our hiking clothes so were treated like we weren't meant to be there. The room was nice, but the bathroom was very small. Served its purpose overall.

Great spot for a short stay
This was our last night on holiday before heading home on a 530am flight. Rooftop bar was exceptional spot for a sunset cocktail over the South China Sea. Lobby staff helped us sort a transfer to the airport at 4am using her personal Grab account to make it much cheaper for us. Room was clean and functional for a short stay. Lots of nearby shopping and eating options.

The hotel is comfortable and well located. However...our booking was not not received through hotels.com. Breakfast had variety but coffee machines were both broken on the first morning.

Good hotel
We stayed here because it had a late checkout and was close to jesselton jetty. The dinner at the italian restaurant was a bargain - 3 courses for 30 MR. The bed was good, our room was by the stairs and an equipment room, so I took was a bit noisy. The food in the rooftop bar was nice.

Not for me.
Staff is nice. No inside parking. Choice for Breakfast limited and not enough. Unable to sleep due to mattress . Noise from air conditioning quite loud. Overall is disappointing for me.
