Very good
Great hotel right next to bus and skibus stops, and a fairly easy 15 minute walk to the centre of Arinsal. Plenty of parking and very helpful, polite and professional staff. The room was good - if a little narrow. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. The ski locker area is excellent and there is a small gym, but no sauna or pool. My only criticism is that room doors seem to stick slightly so you can get banging as people return to their rooms in the night which detracts from an otherwise peaceful environment.

Super modern and lovely place! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast buffet. I felt like I was in some fancy pants spa... everything smelled delicious, even the hallways! Ha. Was worth the extra drive for us to come out here, would definitely recommend Palome.

We loved the modern decor, the spacious room, and the quiet location. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff and pleasant breakfast. Overall a wonderful experience and nicely priced too. Thank you to Andrea who was our server at dinner, by the way nice dinner too.

The front desk person was not very personable. We were not even out of our car and he was standing in the parking lot telling us to move our car...1/2 meter. We went to 6 local restaurants before we could eat dinner. The service in the 6th one was awful. Then when we returned to the hotel, the desk clerk was again standing in the parking lot...amazing. The room was fine, the service awful.

If you're a cyclist, this is an ideal place to stay. They have facilities specific for cyclists and skiers to house your gear as well as tools to put together your things in an open format. The hotel itself is cozy and the staff was very friendly. Beautiful views and great location just outside the busy part.

There to bicycle up the mountains.
We were there to bicycle so the hotel was perfect. It was not centrally located to the various valleys but it was close enough so that to get to the other valleys, we just had to descend a little bit and then start heading up the next valley. At the end of the day, we would have one last climb back to the hotel.
